Located in Toronto’s stylish King West neighbourhood, this hotel/condo project includes 336 high-end residential units. Accel worked closely with a team of local and international designers providing input on design constructibility and cost to help make their vision for this project a reality. In the design development stages Accel made structural recommendations to allow for additional height in the hotel banquet facilities without impacting the budget or schedule. Accel self-performed components of concrete forming and finish carpentry for large cost savings to the project. Despite a multitude of changes to building design throughout construction, Accel maintained all occupancy and turnover schedules.
